A small network of people who have shipped.
The Rarelevel network is invite-only and reviewed by hand. Members are senior product, design and engineering leaders whose work is legible: what they built, what it changed, and what they would do differently. It is not a job board, and it is not the Academy.
What membership is
- A profile of work, not a résumé. Programs shipped, decisions made, outcomes with numbers.
- A private directory. Searchable by the people in it, not by the public internet.
- Introductions that are asked for. Requests are specific: who, why, and what the conversation is for.
- Advisory and search access. Members are the first calls when a company needs a fractional CPO or a product leader.
What it is not
- Not a job board, and not a recruiter inbox.
- Not a follower graph or an engagement feed.
- Not a Product Leader Academy tier. Academy is training; the network is membership.
- Not automatic for anyone — an invitation is not an approval.
How admission works
- 1. Nomination or request. An existing member nominates you, or you request an invitation. Either way it is reviewed.
- 2. Review. Someone reads the work: the programs, the scope, the evidence. No automated scoring.
- 3. Invitation. Approved members receive a single-use, time-limited invitation tied to their email. An invitation link on its own does not grant access.
- 4. Onboarding. You verify the email, accept the terms, and choose exactly which fields are published. Nothing is public until you say so.
- 5. Participation. Members may nominate others. Every nomination still goes through review.
Directory listing, introduction requests and profile publication are separate opt-ins. Being a member does not mean being searchable, and it never authorizes sharing your details with an employer.
Three ways in
Operators
Product, design and engineering leaders who have run teams through a real constraint: a migration, a regulated launch, an AI system in production.
Companies
Founders and product executives looking for a fractional CPO, an interim leader or a retained search. Member introductions run through the advisory and search practices.
Nominators
Members who know someone whose work deserves to be visible to the right people. Nominations are reviewed, never auto-approved.
Request an invitation
Tell us what you have shipped and what you want next. Requests are read personally; most get a reply within a week, and a "not yet" is a real answer rather than a queue.
Already a member? Sign in at the address in your invitation email, using the email it was sent to.
