Advisor and client signing, moved into the workflow
Account opening, IRA enrollment and account transfers all ended the same way: a signature
that lived outside the systems the advisor was already using. Clients printed, signed and
sent documents back; advisors chased them across email and phone.
We digitized the advisor and client workflow through Salesforce and DocuSign, so the
account-opening, IRA-enrollment and transfer journeys could be completed and signed in
one flow. Agent experience was the design constraint: an advisor working a book of clients cannot
absorb a second system, so signing had to appear inside the service journey rather than
beside it, with the agent driving the client through each signature.

ADP · HR benefits platform
A benefits platform rebuilt across 32 carriers
Health-benefits administration ran on a legacy surface that employers, employees and
carriers each experienced differently. Every carrier integration carried its own
assumptions, and the front end could not absorb new plan structures without a rebuild.
We led the rebuild of the health-benefits SaaS in React across 32 carriers: one
component system, one enrollment flow, carrier-specific rules isolated behind a shared
contract instead of leaking into the interface. The result is a platform where adding a
carrier is a configuration exercise rather than a front-end project.

Optum · Consumer health platform
Three apps into one platform for 13M members
Rx, Patient and Guide existed because three teams did. A member starting a refill had to
start over in another app, and the call center absorbed the difference.
We led the merge onto a single React Native platform: one session, one job, one place the
member finished. GenAI workflows, a personalized home screen and a chat interface on
Epic APIs came with it. Roughly $5M a year came off the run-rate and feature delivery
accelerated about 40%.

Symplast · Healthcare EHR
A Voice AI receptionist, built in-house
For plastic surgery and medspa practices the front desk is the revenue bottleneck:
missed calls are missed bookings. The available answer was a vendor wrapper that could
not act inside the practice record.
We shaped and shipped Kate, an in-house voice agent that answers real calls, books
appointments and writes back into the EHR — two production agents on a unified Postgres
analytics layer. It reached $1.2M ARR across 3,500+ practices; the follow-on React Native
migration retired the second mobile codebase and returned 50% of mobile engineering
capacity to the roadmap.

Truckstop · Freight marketplace
Load matching, rate transparency and a Spanish market launch
Freight matching ran on phone calls and stale boards. Carriers drove empty because they
could not see loads along their route, and nobody could tell whether a posted rate was fair.
We led an AI-powered load matching system, location-based search along lanes and a market
rate insight tool — then took the product into the Spanish-speaking market end to end:
localization, go-to-market and support. Recommendation accuracy rose 35%, engagement 22%,
churn fell 15%, empty miles fell 18%, and the Spanish market produced $3.5M in year one.
