Rarelevel network pilot policy
Preview policy version terms-v1 / profile-v1 / intro-v1. This is a local pilot, not a launched membership service. Legal and operational review remains a release gate; the retention periods below are the ones enforced in code.
Admission and participation
Membership is initially free and requires Rarelevel approval, credible professional identity, relevant accomplishment or contribution, fit with the community purpose, and respectful participation. Invitations and PLA enrollment never grant approval. Do not impersonate, harass, scrape the directory, or submit sensitive information about others.
Profiles and privacy
Public visibility and indexing are preselected, but no profile is published until you affirmatively confirm its fields and audience. Directory inclusion and introduction availability are separate choices. You can unpublish, opt out of indexing, export your data, or request deletion in member settings. Previously public material may remain in search-engine and third-party caches; removal cannot be guaranteed.
Introductions
Requests share the stated purpose and context with Rarelevel and, after review, the recipient. Acceptance specifically permits the operator to share both parties’ names, published professional profile fields and verified sign-in email for that introduction only. No contact information is disclosed beforehand. Decline without explanation or revoke before delivery. Delivery is manual.

Review, appeals and retention
Reviewers assess the same contribution and participation rubric across disciplines, without protected-characteristic proxies. Contact the operator who provided your invitation to request correction, appeal or re-review. Deletion requests immediately unpublish the profile; final purge and legal/backup retention must be reviewed manually. No final deletion is claimed until actually completed.
The network does not transfer membership data into PLA, CRM or employer search by default. It does not claim independent credentials verification or guaranteed introductions.
